New Patients

Enriquez Dental is committed to providing you and your entire family with safe, gentle, and high quality dental care. We understand the anxiety that many people (especially children) may have about visiting the dentist. We are sensitive to those concerns, and we pride ourselves on doing all we can to make you feel comfortable visiting us while giving you with the best care possible.

 

When you visit Enriquez Dental for the first time, you will find that when you meet with us it is all about you – your happiness, your health, and your comfort.

During this first visit, we will:

• Review your dental and medical history forms

• Most likely, take X-rays of your teeth and mouth

• Clean and polish your teeth, checking for cavities or any signs of tooth decay or gum problems like gingivitis
   

After your oral exam and teeth cleaning are complete, Dr. Enriquez will meet with you to discuss what we found, answer any questions that you may have and help you with your own individual treatment plan.

Please, bring your best smile!  But, you should also remember to bring these with you to your first appointment:

• Your completed new patient information form

• Your insurance card
   

We understand that you have a busy schedule, so when you're preparing to visit our  office for the first time please remember that your appointments can last an hour or more.
